Please allow 2 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 2-5 Business days.
Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business days.
Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, pandemic, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.
Please note shipping times are delayed all over the U.S due to COVID-19. Make sure to order your items a few weeks before you need them to avoid any issues.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. You can find your tracking number in your order confirmation email. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality products.

- Orders over $75 will have free shipping.
- Orders under $75 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed and shipped it cannot be cancelled. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item once you received it, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
